Hospidana was founded in Denmark in 1978

We are the only manufacturer of elastic and tubular bandages in Scandinavia. Hospidana achieves a high degree of flexibility and efficiency during product development by manufacturing the products at our own factory.

The products are developed to meet different needs as a result of a close dialogue with our customers.

A targeted investment in modern technology and product development, in close cooperation with customers, has led to a prominent position with a high export share and a world-wide representation.

Since the beginning the team at Hospidana has been ahead of the times. By developing our own machines, that are superior to the readily available on the market, we are capable of servicing and maintaining the machines ourselves. This enables us to stay indpendent from external service partners and remain efficient also in critical situations.

In order to compete with productions in distant parts of the world, it goes without saying that delivery and quality play an important role. Delivery can be made down to pallet level in contrast to month-long shipping in containers from Asia. Quality is paramount, and no compromise has been made to the quality of the bandages from Hospidana.

Our employees are indespensable to the factory; without them the machines cannot run. Several generations from the local area are represented and the majority has been employed for many years. We are aware of our social responsibility and young people are taken into apprenticeships alongside the school process.
